Anxiety Leeds was founded in July 2013. Our aims are:
- To provide a safe and welcoming environment for people who suffer from anxiety.
- To provide service user lead discussions.
- To provide an environment that encourages mutual support and encouragement between service users.
In August 2017, we published an impact report. It showed that attending our group can lead people to feel less alone, more positive about life and even reduce their day-to-day worrying.
